“Vilja-aitta” summer room is located in the yard of Nestorinranta's main building in the Puumala archipelago in Lintusalo. It is a spacious family room (16 m2 + 4 m2) with a sleeping loft for three and a sofa bed for two. A beautiful causeway leads there.
The building dates from the 19th century and it was used as a granary until the 1980s. It was completely renovated in 2005 and has been used for accommodation since.
“Vilja-aitta” has its own small terrace. The room stays warm from May to October. It is equipped with a radiator, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven and dining table.
Toilets, showers, shared kitchen, barbecue canopy and a yard sauna are in the same yard area. The yard sauna is free of charge when you heat it yourself.
Breakfast and dinner can be reserved for an additional fee at the barn cafe on the other side of the yard on 1.5. - 30.9. In summer you can get pancakes with savoury and sweet fillings from the beach pancake bar that operates there during the day.
The distance to Saimaa's beach is 900 m. On the beach there are changing cabins, a barbecue canopy, a campfire site, a sauna with an outdoor jacuzzi, an equipment rental shop, a dock for bike ferries of the Puumala and Saimaa archipelago routes, and a pancake bar.
Four themed nature trails run through the forest to the beach.
Nestorinranta's summer rooms stay warm from May to October.
