Main course – choose your favorite:
– Grilled Puumala salmon with teriyaki sauce and garlic butter vegetables (L, G)
– Traditional sautéed reindeer with mashed potatoes, pickled cucumbers, and lingonberries (L, G)
– Crispy teriyaki tofu with rice (vegan, L, G)
Dessert:
Brownie with homemade blueberry ice cream (L, also G and V available)
